A full sales audit
We go through your numbers, your CRM and real recorded appointments. You get a scorecard on every person who sells for you and a dollar figure on what your close rate is costing you.
For home service business owners
You're already paying for the leads. We build the sales system your team is missing: we find where your reps are losing sales, write your process into a playbook, and train it into your team one skill a week, coached from their real appointments.
Individual results from reps Gil has coached. Not typical, and not a promise of yours.
The real problem
Most owners we talk to either never learned to sell, never learned how to train a team, or simply don't have the hours to do it. Nobody's to blame. But here's what happens next:
What it sounds like in your sales meeting
Those aren't the problem. They're symptoms. Each one is a lead you already paid for, lost because there was no process to convert it.
The leads aren't the problem. The missing system is.
Do the math
Keep buying all the leads you want. This is the money sitting in the appointments you already have. Use last month's rough numbers. Nothing here is sent anywhere.
What you get
We go through your numbers, your CRM and real recorded appointments. You get a scorecard on every person who sells for you and a dollar figure on what your close rate is costing you.
Rapport, discovery, presentation, pricing, objections, closing and follow-up. Everything you do on a good appointment comes out of your head and onto paper, built for your ticket and your homeowner.
Scripts for every stage, an objection library, and a one-page checklist your reps take into every appointment.
Every week we teach it, demonstrate it, drill it and hand out the assignment. This is the part that makes it stick.
Real recorded appointments from your own team, broken down in front of the room, so a mistake gets fixed once instead of repeating all month.
How it works
We find where your sales are leaking before we train anyone, train your team one skill at a time, then prove the result on the same scorecard we started with.
Phase 1
No training happens until we know exactly where your company is losing sales.
You receive the Baseline Audit Report and a live KPI dashboard
Phase 2
One stage of the sale at a time, written into your playbook and drilled until it sticks.
You receive your complete Sales Playbook
Phase 3
You see exactly what changed, and your team keeps running without us.
You receive the Results Report, before and after
What your reps get trained on
Every week of the program
Teach, demonstrate, role-play, feedback, assignment. One stage of the sale, every week.
On that week's skill. Every rep plays both the rep and the homeowner.
Real recordings broken down live on the group call, down to the sentence where the deal turned.
Recordings not reviewed live are scored against your playbook, stage by stage, with notes back to the rep.
KPIs, each rep's progress against their goal, and sign-off on that week's playbook section.
Real reps. Real results.
Three very different starting points. Same process. All three moved. In their own words, used with permission.
The strong rep
Cris Berman
Gutterworks
Already good, and still selling on instinct. With a process and coaching his close rate went up 9 points, and his personal sales went from about $700K to $1.2 million in his first year.
The struggling rep
Isaac Sandler
Art Masonry
He closed two of his first fourteen appointments. After coaching he reached a 56% closing ratio, and his pay went from about $1,000 every two weeks to around $10,000 a month.
The beginner
John White
Gutterworks
No experience and no bad habits to unlearn, just a process to follow. His last two months were $112,000 and $108,000 in sales, and his pay nearly tripled.

At least 5 points on your team's close rate. Or you don't pay.
Your baseline is your team's close rate over the 90 days before we start. We compare it with the last 30 days of the program. Both numbers come from your own CRM, so you can check every one.
Five points means a team closing at 25% goes to at least 30%. Half a point doesn't count as a win.
25% → 30%25% → 26.25%
Keep appointment volume close to where it was, have your reps attend training and record their appointments, and give us access to your numbers. One missed session doesn't void anything. Full terms go in writing before we start.
